Pricing Options
TLC Rentals are $40/week with 4 week minimum or purchase for $595.oo. You may also want to consider adding a basket for $2.50/wk or purchase for $40. (Plus applicable taxes & shipping) Because insurance companies rarely cover mobility devices anymore we do not handle insurance billing.
Ordering Options
To order simply download a RENTAL or PURCHASE form and fax or email back to us and we will contact you as soon as possible to finalize your order. For rentals you must also send us a copy of ID and Credit Card.

- PRICING & FINANCING OPTIONS - We are so convinced that this product can so instrumental in the recovery of most foot and ankle patients that we are committed to make it available to anyone that can use it. Because this is a such a new product R&D costs and insurance company coverage cut-backs make it rather expensive to the patient. We realize that the cost may be an issue for some and don't want it to be. If $ is an issue for you please let us know so we can discuss pricing and finance options.
- FREE CRUTCHES - in order to save you money we have invested in a fleet of crutches that we offer FREE as loaners to our local customers. This is about a $35 savings that you can realize as a Kneelys customer. Not that we like crutches, but recognize that they are a necessary evil.
