"I love my knee scooter. I can't imagine what my recovery would be like if I had to use crutches. I want to thank you for finding this wonderful aid. I do not know what I would have done while recovering from my ankle surgery. God blesses in many ways and I am thankful for the blessing of you and the kneely.
My recovery was successful due to being lead to the Bartel's and the kneely. As a 50 year old woman, upper body strength is minimal. My one attempt with crutches was extremely painful and time consuming. I know that if I would have had to rely on crutches, I would have not stayed off my ankle which would have caused damage to the ankle. The kneely is sturdy, light weight and versatile. I could use the kneely when out to elevate my ankle."

"I injured my foot while surfing in Hawaii and was issued crutches. When I got back home and saw my Doctor it turned out my injury was much more serious than thought. I had broken my foot and the fracture required surgery. I continued to use crutches before and after the surgery, but they were becoming terribly painful to use. My hands hurt; they were awkward and made me so tired. Even getting up and going a few feet made me exhausted. I was getting so depressed from not being able to get around. My Doctor told me I had to be off my foot for 6-8 weeks. The thought of trying to get around on crutches for that long was really discouraging.
I went online one day because a friend told me about this “knee scooter” you can use to get around on instead of crutches. I found one online that looked like a walker with wheels, where you had to pick up the front and place it in the direction you wanted to go. That looked really awkward. I then came across the Kneelys website and started reading about the TLC. It looked easy to use and best of all it steers like a car. No having to pick it up and point it. I thought this is what I need. I contacted the owners on a Sunday and they were there! I placed the rental order easily with the forms they emailed me and they rushed it right out to me.
When I got it I took it out of the box made two simple adjustments to the seat height and handlebar height and was riding it in minutes! I have to tell you the TLC changed my life. I could get around every part of my house, inside and outside, everywhere! I was so happy to have some freedom back. I could cook, clean the house. I even mopped the kitchen floor and watered the plants outside. I could never do this with those crutches. My family said I was like a different person, not down and depressed. I can’t tell you how great a product this is and it’s easy and fun to use too!
